Reishi has been rated the top medicinal herb in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for over 2000 years with Ginseng in second place.
Reishi, also known as the “mushroom of immortality”, is high in B vitamins, vitamins C and D, contains beta-D-glucan and triterpenes, which support the circulatory and immune systems. In fact, Reishi has the most triterpenes of any mushroom. Used for over 4,000 years, Reishi has a long history of supporting the liver, lungs and heart.
